I have a passion for customer storytelling as I think it is the best way to increase brand value, build customer loyalty and drive revenue growth. I am currently the Founder and Managing Partner of Customer First Marketing and this is precisely our focus. Previously at Skyhigh Security, I built customer advocacy and marketing programs from the ground up. I established a robust community of our top customers – the Skyhigh Champions, which I planned, designed, and launched. The reward and recognition program was a cornerstone program in increasing customer engagement and fostering advocacy for the company through customer references, social shares, testimonials, case studies, and third-party peer reviews (Gartner, G2, etc.).

Additionally, I spearheaded our Customer Advisory Board strategy, Executive Sponsorship Program and facilitated ongoing collaboration with our most valuable customers in monthly calls.

Prior to this role, I spent nearly 20 years at Oracle in various marketing positions, where I honed my skills in listening to customers, amplifying their voices, building customer reference programs and contributing to the closure of millions of dollars' worth of enterprise technology business.
